This notice explains how QPX Corp handles personal data collected through this website and through correspondence with partners and counterparties.

What we collect
- Correspondence data. If you email one of the addresses published on this site, we receive your email address, your name where you provide it, and the contents of your message.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server information for every request — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for security and reliability purposes.
This site has no contact forms, no analytics, no advertising tools and no third-party tracking. See the cookie notice.
Why we use it, and on what basis

Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers acting on our instructions, and with regulated partners where a specific engagement requires it. Current providers:
- Website hosting — Vercel Inc.
- Domain, DNS and business email — GoDaddy.com, LLC
International transfers
QPX Corp is established in Panama. Some of our service providers are located outside Panama, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside Panama, we take reasonable steps to protect it, including working with providers that maintain internationally recognized safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses, where applicable — and that are subject to their own data protection and security obligations.
How long we keep it
Correspondence and server logs are each retained for 24 months, unless a longer period is required to investigate a security incident or to meet a legal obligation.
Your rights
Under Panama's Law 81 of 2019 on the Protection of Personal Data, and any other law that may apply to you, you may request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, and you may object to how it is used. Write to contact@qpxcorp.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction, where applicable.
